The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. The carpets were dirty and showed signs of wear throughout. Breakfast had a good variety. Was difficult to find the hotel due to poor signage.

But the room felt neglected; cobwebs, a moldy bathroom ceiling, and a closet door off its track. The elevator situation was frustrating, leading to long waits. Cleanliness issues persisted, with sticky floors and a broken paper towel dispenser in the lobby. While some furnishings were outdated and worn, the staff was friendly. A few upgrades could make a big difference.

I loved how easy it was to walk to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a few steps away, and it was a short drive to attractions like Mammoth Cave and Basil Griffin Park which made exploring so enjoyable; the room was spacious and comfortable for our family, but the breakfast could definitely use more variety.

Great location with plenty of nearby dining options. Comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast made mornings enjoyable. The indoor pool, while cold, was a refreshing option after a long day. I felt safe in my room, which is crucial when traveling alone. the maintenance of the facilities left much to be desired. My room was dirty, the furniture seemed outdated, and crucial amenities were lacking. A missing hot tub and a poorly maintained refrigerator added to my disappointment. Some staff members were unprofessional, which detracted from the overall experience. Acknowledgment and care should be top priorities. I cannot recommend this hotel in good conscience.

The towels were stained, the toilet rarely flushed, and the whole place smelled musty. I couldn't believe they didn’t clean our room until our last day and even then, it was a hassle to get basic supplies.

First off, I was really pleased to find ironing facilities in the room. It's always handy to have those available, especially when you're on the road and need to look sharp for meetings or events. The heating and air conditioning worked well, which was a relief because I'm quite particular about the room temperature. It's important to have a comfortable environment to relax in, and they nailed it in that department. On the downside, I was disappointed to see that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. A nice cup of coffee in the morning can really set the tone for the day, so that was a miss for me. Another area that could use some improvement was the sitting area. The furniture looked a bit worn out, and I noticed stains on the sofa bed mattress and chair. It didn't give off a very inviting vibe, which was a shame. the lack of free toiletries was a bit inconvenient. It's become quite common for hotels to provide these essentials, so it was a letdown to not have them readily available. Despite these shortcomings, I did appreciate the presence of a flat-screen TV in the room. It's always nice to unwind with some entertainment after a long day of traveling or work. In terms of cleanliness, the housekeeping could have been better. I noticed stains on the furniture and carpeted floor, which didn't give the room a fresh feel. while Country had some positives like ironing facilities and functional heating/AC, there were areas like the lack of tea/coffee facilities and subpar housekeeping that could use some attention.

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the get-go. Our room was spacious and comfy, with a super cold fridge that even froze our wine - bonus! Plus, the hotel's location was perfect with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options.
The room furniture and trim looked pretty beat up, and there were some maintenance issues like a door that wouldn't lock. The pool area was a bit run down, and communication with the staff was a bit lacking when we needed extra pillows.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the amusement park and raceway at Beech Bend! The adrenaline rush was insane, and we couldn't get enough of the thrill rides. The campground was perfect for late-night ghost stories and stargazing. Definitely coming back for more action-packed adventures!
Just wishing for a livelier nightlife scene near the hotel for us young party animals to dance the night away! .

Our family had a blast at Beech Bend - it catered to all ages with thrilling rides and a cozy campground. The amusement park was a hit with the kids, while the raceway added some excitement to our visit. Highly recommended for a fun-filled family day out!

Free Wi-Fi and breakfast saved my budget. Enjoyed exploring Shaker history and vintage railcars. Convenient location near attractions. The 1,000 sq ft meeting room was a plus. Surrounded by restaurants and entertainment options.
Loved the complimentary weightlifting exercise of carrying my mini fridge elsewhere in the room.

I chose Country Inn & Suites By Radisson for its proximity to Lost River Cave, a place I've always wanted to visit. The great staff made me feel at home, and I especially enjoyed seeing Chaney's premium ice cream being made onsite.
Hotel is in need of major clean and updating.

The beds were incredibly comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The kids had a blast in the pool, and we loved the spacious room. The hotel's proximity to the aviation place and Lampkin Park was a huge plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were clean, and we appreciated the grab and go breakfast option. it was a great stay at a reasonable price.

we had a pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and well-maintained. Although the pool was closed, they were accommodating when we decided to cancel our reservation for the second day. the grab-and-go breakfast was convenient, and we enjoyed dining at a nearby restaurant, Bob Evans, which serves breakfast all day. We also appreciated the 12 pm check-out time.

the room was spacious and super clean, and the hotel is located off a busy main road - so it was easy to get late-night meals. the pool hours were great, and the pool was clean. the staff were polite and respectful to each other, and the male manager even offered a college student employee more hours during her breaks - which was awesome.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was light, well-equipped, and in great condition. The internet was fast and reliable, and the front desk clerk even gave me an upgrade. The lobby and breakfast rooms were spacious and accommodating. The location was also convenient with many places to shop and eat nearby. I'll recommend this hotel.
